A thirty-four-year-old female who had several children had a “B+” cup size with lack of projection of the upper pole. To correct the hanging breasts and provide better shape, we performed a sub-glandular, placing the implant directly under the breast tissue and on top of the muscle. This fills out the loose hanging skin and provides better support with the implant closer to the surface. A 375cc moderate plus silicone implant was utilized.
